Delete your data
Effective October 27, 2026
Our Instagram app stores very little. If you commented COACH on one of our posts, we keep the comment notification for 30 days and a record that we replied (your Instagram account ID and the comment ID) for 90 days. Both are deleted automatically after that.
How to ask
To have it deleted sooner, or to delete a coaching application or coaching records:
- Email hello@derekboltfitness.com with the subject "Delete my data".
- Include your Instagram username, the email address you applied with, or both, so we can find your records.
What happens next
- We delete everything we hold about you within 30 days and reply to confirm.
- If you were a paying client, we keep only what the law requires for tax and business records, and nothing else.
To stop messages from @derekboltfit, block or unfollow the account. To remove our app's access, go to Instagram's Settings, then Apps and websites.
